And seriously, like AOL is charging $20/mo for DIALUP?? I mean, they claim they offer all these other services to go with it, which is supposed to justify bending people over, but when just another $10/mo can afford Verizon DSL, what the ****'s the point?

I'm sorry, but paying $20 per MONTH is too much for anyone to install spyware on your computer that gives you internet access.

not in my area it was like 90 bucks a year for 56k and your actully got 56k most of the time so local stuff around here isnt trying to bend you over but AOL SUXORS TO THE MAXORZ

No, theres no brandwith limitations, I definatly know there arnt cause I just downloaded need for speed underground 2 . No limit to how much you can use it either, thats only if you use the free service I think. Its like 9$ a month btw.

People like you and me just like to find little things like that to make us feel better about our slower dl speed.

Honestly I'm perfectly happy with my DSL. Who the hell sits through a 700MB download anyway just because they have cable? It does what I need, and it's getting cheap as hell.

I have cable. My upload speeds are still freaking loving to me so I don't really care.
