The eth bugged stuff is from ppl zodding it in 09 and cleaning it in 1.10 which left the indestrctible but open socket

it's impossible to pinpoint one items in the game like that. sometimes u'll think u've seen the most valuable item, but u haven't seen every item on the realms.
