6'2" 205 Can't bench due to shoulder messed up from the Marine Corps. Decently built but mainly lean due to all the cardio I have to do.

Now I'm 185 6'4"

Dont know how much I bench because the only things I do are push-ups, sit-ups, running, and various combat drills.
