meh, same as your speds, but this my my math teacher is an idiot,so i might get a low grade in her class =/,she always tells ppl that they didint do there HW,when they did,and if u dont do ure hw,u dont take the test, tests are 90% of grade,so it sucks
I hit "C's and D's" because I don't count the extra-curricular classes such as PE and band. Of course, I only get those grades because I'm lazy. My teachers know I'm not stupid, so they don't kick me out of the AP and honors classes.
But then again, this doesn't mean much for non-Americans, because my school system may be harder (more history, for example), or more easy (less guns ) than yours.
Funny thing about my grades is, they where always betwen 75 and 80 %. Always. Whatever I was studying in. It didn't seem to matter. Its probably because I give the same kind of semi detached-interest for every class in school.
And I dont know if it was specified in this thread, since I haven't even read it, but you can't really trust your grades to tell how intelligent you are. They tell you just how hard working you are, if you like math or french or art, but not if your really good in them. Why ? Because in schools this day, things are made so everyone will easely pass if they bother too.
Plus, they are so many type of intelligences, coupled with affective factors.... So all in all, grades mean shit. They can tell you where you will go, but not who you are.
except for when i misjudge how much homework ill can not do, then i end up with a B+. ive never gotten a semester grade lower than 88%, and outside of a math/biology(my favorite studies & hella easy for me) class ive never gotten one higher than 92%. ive only gotten less than 89.5% twice i think, i usually have one course a semester that i get screwed with an 89.75+%, no joke.
avg grade: probably 90.5%. i could get straight 97+% if i actually wanted to(and if it would be worth it---it isnt), but im perfectly happy with not paying any attention during class, not doing any work at home(except large projects and essays), and getting A-'s.
