I never said it was "hard to believe" there are so many buddhists, I just said I was surprised that there are so many!Originally posted by bamthedoc
Tempest Storm Nice little quote there. Hmm? I guess they don't believe in science either as science is as provable as religion (both are about 99% theory and 1% dead people). So, in a sense, Nihilism is a belief in nothing as nothing is provable only falsifiable. Ha! Beat that hot shot Nihilist site! Oh, and thank you Nihilist site for clarification of absolutely nothing.
Sorry. I guess I was mean. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
As for Buddhism... What's so hard to believe about there being "so many" on this site? Oh well. Though... I've never actually met a Quaker. I'm a Lutheran myself, and of the US senate Mississipi (I believe Missouri is the only other senate).

Basicly, they follow the same beliefs (major ones) as all denomonations. God the Son, God the Father, and God the Holy Spirit. And that Jesus is the only way to salvation. As for their stances of social matter (abortion, divorce, homosexuality, ect...), not sure, been looking on Google, can't seem to find anything.Originally posted by The_Matrix_Reloaded
I don't think I've heard that one before. Can you maybe explain it?
