Italian food is indeed great, but it's too simple tbh.

I've never had duck, how do you cook it..?


Since being half Italian, I was raised on pastas, lasagnas, gnocchi. I love that stuff, but my favorite dish has to be lemon pepper salmon fillet over rice...

Food is ALL for me...

Let's see, I can't narrow it down to one favorite...

--Shrimp Scampi with white wine sauce, preferably over noodles but rice is fine.
--Loaded meat/cheese lasagna.
--Spaghetti with shrimp, with a tower of cheese on it.
--Stuffed manicotti, plain ricotta cheese is nice, but shredded chicken in it is is exquisite.

Clearly, I like Italian. I wish my family was full Italian, so I could experience the glories of Italian cooking on a daily basis. As it is, my mom's only a quarter Italian...but she's still a great cook.

Uhhmmm... I can't say for fear of her finding this and unleashing her wrath... =\

But, my grandmother is a kick-ass cook. She makes the best lasagna... =)
