I'm sorry...but two ignorant 16 year old girls making out as a stupid publicity stunt is NOT going to win me over...I'll admit I used to think that they weren't that bad when I got the CD about a year and a half ago (before the english version...it was all in Russian)

Back then I thought that it was just some poppy techno...now I think it is a bunch of ignorant kids who just want some attention...perhaps mommy didn't love them enough or something?

None of that was very contraversial. The dog part was semi-amusing, but other than that I was bored to death. It seems to me that T.a.T.u. doesn't have a lot of talent lyrically or musically, but then again I'd have to hear more of their stuff.

You guys can hate say they suck or w/e but they are only gonna be back with a new album soon and a movie. Linkin park, marilyn manson, led zephlin and all your heavy metal crap isnt making a movie about themselves are they? t.A.T.u is the most successful group and well known around the world with the best fans and they are way better than anything you all listen to.

Just because an artist can act doesn't mean they are good musicians. I've been a musician for about 12 years and have learned and perfected over 20 instruments (if you need I'll list them..) and have learned more theory than probably your music teacher at your quaint little high school. I can tell you exactly how "non" musically talented a bunch of attention craved little girls possess.

To correct another thing you said: they are the most successful Russian group in the world. Making a movie or success in general does not imply that a band is talented in any way whatsoever (just like the spice girls as mentioned above). You can't really classify Linkin Park, Marylyn Manson, or Led Zepplin as metal. I don't really care for any of them, but I'm smart enough to know that they are nothing alike, and they are definitely not metal.
