In the early 0.9 i have try to make a bow zon with a WF prepared for her and i was too lazy to even train her up... so now there is the M'avina's set which i have seen ppl use and it gives zons +to all skills which amazons dun reali get alot and a hell lot of ias so what do u ppl say? WF or M'avina's ?

Mav set = PvM
WF = PvP

i agree with the above statement...mav is good but good luck completing the set, unless u already have it....wf is rather easy to get so...i would go with that..and wf can hold its own in PvM as well as PvP, although its strongest in PvP. mav bow kinda lacking damage too, but thats the same with every set weapon

I think WF is better than mavina set. I've had a complete mavina set before. it sucked. just think -- a naked zon with just the bow alone does way more damage than the entire set. sure, you get that funky glow that just about everyone else is getting with their sets. wow, you'll really stand out now. it's not like those +skills from the set are gonna help a bowazon much. they never did. considering the new synergies in 1.10, we'd be better off with a new javazon set.

but the +to all skills helped with the passives with full set u get +6 to amazon skills and with anni u get +7 to all passivs lets say if u have level one doge striaght away u get level 8 which is the minimum that u must have and plus it just u ias... it does sh!t damage true but with 2 frams per attack ( about 12 arrows with staffe)... too kick ass

WF is better and with the other gear you could use, such as Vamp/Duriels Shell or Shaft/Gore Riders/Vundergos/Dracs

Much better.

That, and compared to 1.10 gear you can wear, Mav's set is worthless.

um...i thought bows cant be eth cuz they dont have durability? lolz...

another thing that wf offers is the freedom of choice of other gear, while mavs, on the other hand, isnt remotely worth using without the full set.

for armor u could try CoH if u can afford it. (or enigma if u insist...)
if ur poor then u could go anywhere from a lower runeword to shaft, etc.

for boots, id probably go for marrowwalks. some ppl also suggested sandstorm trek. if u feel like mfing with ur zon, then use wartrav.

Are you blind to see that Titans are the same way? Obviously you are :D. But maybe it's because they can still break, because they can be thrown, but i guess that's where the replenish quantity mod comes in. Wtf were we talking about again?

no, tals belt and armor, and ammy still suck. all sets blow majorly. the way i see it. sets are lame excuses for poor ppl that can't afford uniques or runewords.

Qualms over both

I am (and always have been) a huge set freak. I actually prefer full M'avs set because the magic damage added puts it up pretty close to Windforce's physical. You also have to consider the set bonuses - decent resistances, + skills, + attributes, M'avs helm itself is worth wearing!

However, for MFing, windforce, skullders, shako, that worked for me pretty well...if you don't wear M'avs you HAVE TO WEAR Laying of Hands :D It's the law...
