In regards to the account 'gikols-eliteway' on the Europe server, we have had
multiple customers all submit correct account and CD-Key information to us
trying to recover the account. In order for us to restore the password on this
account to you, we need you to physically mail in the CD Case that has the
CD-Key on it that matches this account. This would be the Diablo II Classic
CD-Key that was installed on the computer when you first made the account in
question.
For all situations a note is required that explains what happened, what is
needed, your full name, your phone number, and a return address.
