If its the first ban it will last 1 month. If its your second the key is gone for good.

No D2 LOD CD Keys are banned to my knowledge, only your D2 Classic key gets banned when you cheat. Note that in order to play D2 on BNet at all, you need a D2 Classic key. Whether you play LOD or Classic D2 makes no difference here.

EasyMap only works for LOD.

I spent more time writing the new anti-detection code than writing the maphack itself, so you should be safe, but don't blame me if things go wrong.

btw, classic d2 sells for about $20 now, its only been out for more then half a decade

I posted this on netter's forums too. It seems like every person getting banned was using 3.0d-e with the gameinfo part added in. I have been using 3.0c non-stop since it's release and as of 5 minutes ago my accounts and cd-keys are still active and not banned.

Obviously this isn't definitive proof but I'm still using 3.0c right now and am not having a problem. I'll update you guys if I do get banned.
