Hrm. Battle.net needs more creative punishments. Seriously. Banning gets old FAST. They need to make examples of people. Such as, leave the accounts unbanned, but you get a special ICON that says "I am a Hacker", Make things more interesting. Its becoming too much like a government than a game server. Does anyone feel the same way?

If you do not like the fact that Battle.net is banning your accounts, and or cdkeys than you should of throughly thought it through before you went and started breaking there T.O.S, and E.U.L.A. I would advise next time that you think harder into it than you are right now. Battle.net is completely free. When you bought the cd, you payed for the game, not for their servers. They have other methods to gain money for the servers.

And no, netter is not a Blizzard Employee who wanted you to get banned.

And, yes, Blizzard did inform you that d2loader was bannable. Every single 3rd party program is bannable.

And, about the ebay part: They're not selling the items. They're selling the effort and time they put into getting those items. The items remain property of blizzard.

And, yes, I am a bit upset now.
