the popular idea is tat USA is polluting the earth and is knocking the balance of nature. The earth is getting warmer due to this and is going to be uninhabitable by te year 2100 or 2050 or something like that.

the GW theory was brouht about by the failed president candidate, AL GORE. he knows...twat about science. the GWT is an ill thought out teory. the gas emissions from cars are causing the balance of nature to tilt? rofl.

bigger volcanic eruptions exhude more poisonous, more deadly, more thick gas emmisions than we have in recorded history. in fact, volcanos give out so much gas emissions that they dwarf the amount of gas emissions we can EVER HOPE TO ACHIEVE under 200 years.

also, how do you suppose the ice from the ice ages melt out? there were no cars and SUVs in the ice age. this isnt certain but dinosaurs are very unlikely to invent cars and drivearound in them. the earth governs its balance and the GWT fails miserably. we are much less significant in the workkings of the earth than we think (exclude pollution).

there are many many theories opposing te GWT, they just dont have the power to surface because of AL GORES superior media influence. go to youtube and search te user UTNOW. hes got a video on global warming. i found this while browsing for 'warming up your house' lol.

btw, we havent even used half the amount of petrol on the earth yet. we have plenty of time left to find other solutions.

Sorry mate, but there is an huge difference between the volcano kind of pollution, that is actually harmful for earth only in very rare ocasions, and the constant pollution caused by mankind. The last one is by far deadlier.

Why, you ask? Because, altough the volcanoes are able to send to the atmosphere a huge ammount of dust and poisonous gases, the entire fitosphere (not sure that's how you say it in anglais, as ever, but I mean the plant world) is actually able to recicle it all.

But when you get constant pollution, AND you're also cutting down that vegetal world, it will not help anything.

As for the Ice Ages, that has to do with the position of the Earth, rather than anything else (there was a small Ice Age in the middle of the second millenia of our age), but this doesn't help it.

The greenhouse effect exists, it's there, but it's not yet as serious as people want it to be. However, it still needs to be fixed, and you americans are not doing it at all.

I think everyone needs to go camping for 1 week. 1 full week, real camping, rain or shine, no toilet paper, no heat, tents, real camping. Then we'll see if we want to give up all the things that humans made to make life better.

when i said the greenhouse effect doesnt exist i didnt mean it literally. there has always been a greenhouse effect on earth. however, it has not been getting any stronger in the recent years. its all myth and stupidity of that shit scum al gore.

if you cant be stuffed going on youtube ill say this for him: the extra heat on the earth is obtained from our cities and heat absorbing material e.g metallic buildings and shit. these things hold the heat inside the earth and keep it in there instead of letting it go. so every year the total heat of the earth increases.

this explains why some areas get warmer while other areas dont have as much change in temperature. if you notice, it is usually the urban areas that get warmer and the rural areas where there isnt much change in temp. the slight increase in temp is brought on by the urban areas exerting heat.

the ave temp of the earth started increases in the early 1800s IE the idustrial revolution, where buildings made of steel or whatever were being built. i dont believe this is just coincidence, its accurate enough. the heat absorbing material could easily have been mistaken for the gas emissions from the factories.

and as ive said, the pollution is still no where near the amount that is significant to the balance of nature or that bullshit. the heat absorption of the buildings are.

ps, we need to crucify al gore. i dont know which party hes in but we really need to pass up on his vote and NOT VOITE FOR HIM. we must keep him out of the political scene until he comes up with realistic solutions to US agenda.

It all started with his grade 11 (I think) teacher when the seed was planted then came to realization when his son almost died. He isn't just another politician, he does care.

No mate, they preserve temperature, very much like the oceans. If it's hot, they'll be hotter, if it's cold, they'll be cold. But it doesn't change anything, since there are far more ocean area than there are metalic buildings area, and so it's really irrelevant. But things like cars/factories/cities, in general simple pollution smoke, can change the greenhouse effect. Because it exists.

As for those who said this is an issue between democrats and liberals... Get a ****ing clue, the world isn't just America.
