I have Renz and that's the problem. The Bible never mentioned anything about Jesus being a God. It was written there over and over again that he is a prophet and a mortal man. It was even discouraged there that he was a God. And if he is a God why would he pray to himself? Remember he prayed for 40 days before he was crucified? And while on the cross he even looked up and prayed, "My God, my God! Why have you forsaken me?" If he was God should he have said, I am God, I am God, why am I forsaking myself? ;P

Anyway, I'm sure Christianity is amusing Kluu 'coz otherwise we wouldn't be having this discussion. I bet you don't have this type of stuff in your world eh?

Jesus was not mortal one day and the next he was immortal or whatever. He was both God and man at the same time. Ignore all the crap us humans make up, just read The Bible dude. That is 100% truth.

wrong. jesus was made a god. in the near east people were made gods at the drop of a helmet. you didnt need to be an alexander the great to achieve godhead. jesus with the massive revolution he brought in religion was probably made a god by his followers.

and if youve read the testament of judas he says that jesus asked him to betray him. now doesnt that change anything at all? jesus cannot have been a god. christianity is a bastard child of judaism. jesus himself broke 1 of the 10 commandments by deifying himself.

in this respect i think the muslim religion truly shines over the christian one. islam doesnt accept jesus as a god instead it just includes him as one of the better prophets with muhamud realigning the religion back on track. jesus had no right to make himself god and it is even worse to make mary god. IF god exists and IF the jewish religion was the "right" one then our purpose is to worship the creator, in the mind, body and soul. jesus&mary enter no where into the equation and worshipping them is a sin unto the one true god.

what i think is that there is a god but it is an event where the law of conservation was broken and the universe was created. i dont think this is too liekly so im open to ideas but i reject all conventional religion where there is a good and evil. what people think is good and what is evil depends entirely on the views of that person. therefore there is no such universal good or evil and thus all conventional religion is wrong.
