Here is another handy item people like to get early - The Ring of Basilus. Not only for its bonus defense, but for the mana regeneration. Heck, two guys together could purchase that and another can get the Headress and you would be supplied with 3 auras the moment the game starts.

Then again, the only reason you would probably get Headdress is for Mekansm later. But even that item has its pluses. It's a real pusher item, since anything nearby on its cast gets bonus armor and gets restored a small amount of life. I used to remember one patch where that was rigged cause Headdress used to have that heal.

yeah it would own like you spam arc then there might be chance to straight away chain lightning. But anyways i played a Dm and i started with nerubian assasin and i thought it would be really kool to get heasp of attack speed so.. i get hand of midas and a hyperstone and then its kool killing heaps of ppl. then i get owned by a TS so i come back with centaur warchief and he bloody OWNED WITH ALL THE ATTACK SPEED!!! he like got all the lane kill cause of his DMG return thing it was awesome he was owning with all the speed it was INCREDIABLE!!!

Any orb with high attack speed owns. Just look at a Lycan with S/y + 2 bashers and a high attack speed, I don't think u have somewhat a chance of survival (especailly when your MS is 500+).

LOL ok but ive never bought a lycan cause ive never had a hero i know to get it on : ( cause ive probly only played with 1/4 of the guys.

I like Centaur Warchief (although he is a STR hero) because of his Double Edge. That thing just owns INT heroes.

I was surprised i didn't lag in those games. I'm really into Necrolyte now, i go Ring of Basilius, Perserverance, Dagon, Travel, Agahnims, Guinsoo's (Games haven't gone long enough for me to hit Agahnims yet, only Mystic Staff).

I went ok in those -dm's. I kinda ran out of heroes that i can use well, and they all kept targeting me over you two, so ganks owned me.

It is good for me because I can use almost every hero quite welll. But I think you should aim for Aghanims Refresher instead of maybe Guinsoos. That way, killing those strength heroes won't be so hard. (Get them to 75% health and they die.)

We should create a small 5on5 dota league ourselves, so we can play dota and crush anyone who stands in our way. Or better yet, make dota games with the battleforum members involved.

But im in NZ so i cant join US games . renzo LOL just made me lok like a idiot LOL i got mixed up with Linkens LOL. But the kinda crap problem with his double edge is it hurts you that wont do much if you got alot of hearts but when you dont notice your health and accidently in battle use it and die its like ... Crap !

Is it nerubian weaver or assasin ?? and do you use his ulti when you are near dead cause the crap ive read is saying Once you dead they are using it and im getting confused
