Uhh.

Compare ghosts and dts on different scenarios.
On civilians.
Ghosts with range can just add up a silencer to their rifles and make off with a kill. Lots of factors to be considered. Wind, crowd, concentration, pills, cover etc.
DTs have to get close. If it's crowded, it'll bump into people and it's presence known.
Civilians, in a crowd, ghosts win.
Civilians, just a single target, DTs win.

On important people.
Same stuff, but for ghosts, but there'll be counter-snipers. Sux to be him. =\
Important people, DT's win.

If a place is crowded, and you fell bumped, you won't probably look behind to see if it is a invisible guy, a hot girl, or the local Yeti... You just won't care, you will get bumped yet lot more times
