First off, America has had a bounty about twice that on the head of Osama bin Laden since around 9/11. Second, I agree with Forged to some degree- the recent massacre of school kids was an atrocity, but maybe Russia should get the picture. The Cechens are not normal revolutionaries, they are terrorists, and will continue to massacre the 'fatherland' until they gain their freedom. as soon as we found out who was behind 9/11 we send our soldiers into afghanistan. there was a war there long before the war in iraq. i dont know the US governments true motives in iraq, maybe they want a hand in the oil to be traded, maybe theyre trying to stabilize the region i dont know. im sure they have many reasons, but i also think they should let us know what those reasons are.

We've been having problems with Iraq for decades about their weapons. Bush just finally got tired of the fact that they weren't working with our inspection teams, and on came Operation Iraqi Freedom.
