Yes, many and most threads in AS are "debatable threads". However, this is not labeled specifically a debate forum. All threads must not be about debating, just serious. Understand the difference.

1) I never said they wern't a difference. So why do yuou feel the need to try explain it. It doesn't really matter what the label says. This forum is where debates are held, the things that should be included in a post here point towards debate. Hell why is there a sticky that says "How to debate" not 'how to discuss'.

What are you suggesting he do then? How should the rebuilding process be done?

By actually sending people in there to rebuild peoples homes that have been destroyed by bombings or even events not directly caused by allies. By using the money that congress assigned to rebuilding FOR rebuilding. It isn't that hard it really isn't. By helping Iraq he could put more people to work. But the important thing is to let the Iraqis themselves decide what help they want, and they should direct what help you do give them.
