Some skills do more dmg, the skills mainly used by either character in combos do more dmg with Dr. Mario than Mario. Thats why hes more played in Tournments. (I had to ask a friend)

thats about the only game me and my bro play together...its sad though...i cant beat my lil bro at it, i always beat him at vid games...but hes got me on this thing.
