I mean like sort of in scxe, where in classic mode/base mode/alartnative mode there is a preset building size and in special its 1x1. I mean like being able to switch between snap and normal size being able to place anywhere and 1x1

Proboly because it is too much effort and heim is giving into everyones demands to have starforge as soon as possable. So It will be done on a later vertion

Does it really matter that much if the units are animated or not? It will take a lot of effort to fix, because I have to research the IScript file format and program an interpreter for it.

MasterMind: Units and buildings don't have a size, meaning that you can stack them anywhere you want. However, there is a gird snap option so that you can easily align things. You can also set the grid spacing to whatever you want.

In any case, it's coming soon! Keep in mind, however, that this program is still very rough around the edges and still has a lot of bugs. I'm trying to work out as many as I can, but I can't get them all.
It's only 1 page back!

I think if your done before the 18th heimdal you should spend the extra time bug testing and fixing things that you know people will complain about.

Is the mini map going to be added for the first public release?

PS. Does your site have enoth bandwith to allow all the people downloading "will you have like mirror dl sites?"

Hmm...I'm pretty sure that the site has unlimited bandwidth...

Actually, I'm definitely going to finish the stuff on that scehdule before the 18th, probably tomorrow. I still need to write an installer, though, and do a few other things (bug fixes included).

I'll try to get the minimap done...

heim, can u "steal" the unit idle info from scxe?
will sf allow u to move already placed units around in the editor? (like in age of mythology)
have you tried the text preview idea?<-- this is important to me, u may not even need to put it in SF, just as another program would work...
remember heimdal, all your work will benefit the world of starcraft immensly, and to many u are a god so far (even before the release).

I would just like to say: Thank You Heimdal for all your hard work.
