I had a second project running on the same webspace and took all the bandwidth from GX for it. Was just a matter of time till it went down. So don't worry. I am still > u.

Yeah Theroy but it was not my site.

My host got hacked again and you can place files in a so called skeleton directory with the host account that will appear on every hosted account. The guys placed a index.html file there and as I had index.php as start page and index.html is always called first (unless you specify it differently in .htaccess) so it appeared on my site aswell. That's why the /forums still worked.

No database entries or files got changed. They could just add a file that way to change the first page called through the main domain.

And I found out who ate my bandwidth lol. Starfish the crackwhore offered one of his D2mods for download on 3 different major boards and it was 25MB. Summed up quite fast haha.

Neways, I do not feel like putting GX up again as I need the space for a new project.

I had a car accident some weeks ago and spent all the time in hospital and gyms to get back on my feet.

There was an inet connection in the hospital but it was 56k shared on 120 comps...google did not open in less then 7 minutes.
