And they Ad-Aware and Spybot doesn't find them :( any ideas?

Lol, you obviously don't know what spyware is, so stop spamming please.

@Sly, they just randomly come up. I uninstalled IE (didnt even uninstall it lol) from the CP on my user, and they stopped coming up, even though IE didn't uninstall, but on my dads username they still come.

Then wait..... You've been hit by new spyware and the anti-spyware community has yet to come up with a fix.

What processes are running?

Download spysweeper (www.spysweeper.com) as well as spybot and ad-aware, and get an anti-virus to search for trojans.

Lol.. thanks for all the help, but @Tronga, I'll download that anyways, but I download McAfee 8.0(2004 version),

and it's scanning right now, and found like 8 trojans, I'm sure that's the problem. :p

--EDIT
Make that 22 so far...

--EDIT
Final analysis!:

24 trojans
1 Virus

first off..you most likely have the spyware called 'Gator' most people do.

second..
Could anyone help me, I keep getting these popups when IE is open... like 'Deep-anal' and 'tiny teens'
Those pop ups mostly only show up from cookied pages...meaning you been looking at porn :p --- just go to your IE shortcut icon on desktop (or wherever) go to delete cookies, and delete files)
---------------
Now to kill pop-ops for good, either download K-meleon, or Opera (browsers) ---- ok, well... for IE to kill pop ups for good, delete your java/jass scirpt...this will erase you from pop ups
==================
Advice: never download pop up blockers from websites. these only make mroe pop up
