So I bought some boots for this concert I'm going to (and I have back stage passes to meet the band) and I bought some new boots. The boots were marked size 13 and I wear a size 13 in hiking boots so I thought it would do but they are a size or half a size bigger than expected. How do I go about reducing the boots in size instead of returning them (I can't due to they were on clearance).
