I've had far more disconnections, servers down, and other errors with XBL than I have with PSN.

And erm, I said that blue-ray was superior to hd-dvd. That's why I'm worried.

As for the money thing: I'm not such an uber-geek that I spend half my income on buying hardware. Doesn't mean that I'm poor. Just don't care for a few pixels more or less. Still loving Starcraft. Gameplay => graphics.

As for the loading times: no shit. Duh. Lol. Rofl. Etc. You have got to be kidding me. Ps3 games take forever to install and take a huge amount of hard drive space. Of course they load fast.

360 Games also load fast if you install them. Only game that had fucking annoying loading times so far: Oblivion. But hey, that's a freaking huge world to load. Other then that, never had problems.

You made me curious about the ps3 online thing now. What does it have? Something similar to Live Marketplace, or what?

Lastly, I'm not starting console wars #5134648 here. Probably going to get a Slim later on anyways.

Wait a minute...your bashing ps3 and defending 360 and you don't even own both consoles?

Pretty sure everyone here with an opinion is talking from experience and not shit they've read on 360 fanboy forums/blogs.

BTW I love my ps3 more than my 360 for all the reasons Mike stated but it really comes down to my 360 costing me somewhere around $800 dollars thus far BEFORE games, and my ps3 costing $400.

I'm bashing ps3? Where?
I've played plenty of ps3 games for a good amount of time, so I kinda know what I'm talking about.

Also, I said that blue-ray is superior, that a free online mode is nice, that the hard drive is awesome... What more can I say? The 360 just has my favourite series, and plenty of multi-platform games. It's maybe not the better console when it comes to hardware, but the games are just better for me.

The 360 controller owns the crap out of the ps3 controller, though. Only downside is the d-pad of the 360. Why is it so fat? Not that the ps3 d-pad is awesome anyway. My friend bought one of those special fighting game controllers to play that genre. It works awesome.

The tv in my living room is a 40' Samsung HD flatscreen; the family computer uses it as a monitor as well.

I just refuse to buy a new tv at this point. My old one has been working just fine for like, almost ten years. It makes a weird high-tone background noise since this summer, though. Might need new one pretty soon. Probably one of those LED screens. I heard that and LED can last 20 years, so I'll probably be buying some hologram device after that.

By the way, Forza is great. It's just that racing games get boring about as fast as those cars go. Only racing game I ever liked was F-Zero GX. And the occasional Mario Kart tournament with a couple of friends, but it's barely a racing games. That, and the fact that it was 2 years ago since I last playeda Mario Kart game.
