well i wake up...usually right after i fall asleep cause something wakes me, and i open my eyes and i try to get up, but it feels like someone is sitting on my chest not allowing me to sit up (old hag) so i panic, naturally...and it feels like i can either close my eyes and try to go back to sleep or try my hardest and shake violently until i wake up...and thats what i do

the whole time it feels like someone is watching me, and what i see looks like the butterfly effect when he is reading the passages, and goes into the past

i've read lots on it, and was wondering if its happened to anyone else

Scientists in Japan may have "solved" the mystery of alien abductions and sleep paralysis (S.P.).

S.P. isn't new, and I've experienced it many times myself. It usually happens in a light sleep and people are semi-coherent. For me, it feels like an out-of-body experience so I think its alright. Except I can't move and takes a lot of will/mental power to snap out of it.

But these scientists who are studying this find that a lot of people panic (duh) and bad thoughts come to them such as monsters, or whatever holding them down. Now here is the fun part!
Culture has A LOT to do with it. Each culture has its own monsters/nightmares. I guess in Japan some dead white pale lady is the fearsome one there. In America, I guess, aliens are. Whether aliens themselves are scary enough, my money is AMERICANS are more scared
of a greater, more civilized race having control over them. =\

The fact that you went through the trouble to make that movie disturbs me.

And the fact that you're drinking a budweiser lowers my respect for you greatly.
