I THINK IT SHOULD STAY 2-D!! i mean, starcraft looks great as it is...and you shouldnt change a good thing i cant really imagine a ghost n e other way than 2-d....and besides...it shoud stay 2-d cause every rts is going 3-d nowadays and starcraft should keep its originality! > >

I think ultimately, Blizzard will make it 3D, it's the new craze with all games nowadays. Eventually, games will just be 3D, so, Blizzard will just conform to this to make money.

Personally, i prefer enhanced 2D graphics. But in the end, my definate choice would only come in playing the game.

3D. Very simple people. 3D is the future. I don't know if they even make 2D games anymore...what some of you fail to understand is that blizzard will make it all work. Even if it is 3D blizzard will not make a "laggy" game. They never have and they never will (hopefully).

2D is a thing of the past. Just let it go.

even if it was 3D, dont worry about feel or looks, blizzard always manages to get us addictade. and speed? oh baby, good programing can get good graphics, and speed at the same time. look at Black and white, Freelancer, and Unreal 2k3, fast speed on crappy computers. and if i know Blizzard, i know they have the best of the best of the best of the best.

I hate Warcraft III, It's so~ boring game.
I wasted $35. I'd be playing it if it was 2D.
So...In my opinion Starcraft 2 should be 2D.

Have any of you looked at the system specs of SC lately? They are crazy low. If blizzard actually makes SC2 a 2d game they would lose way too much money. Although they have a well established fan base, they still count on outsiders looking at the graphics and saying,"Hey, I want to buy that game because it looks good."

All the games out now are 3D, if blizzard made SC2 in 2d it would be suicide.

i like 2D i saw a lot more of the map in 2D then in 3D. my friend has WC3 and the graphics suck. theyare all blocks while the 2D looked better. and u don't have to do the thing where u scroll up or down to get a better look at the action. i liked sc better than wc why cant they make more sc game wc games?

2D is so much more clearer.
maybe they should just put a lil more detail on the races, and more units. but not 3D. itll look too blocky and ugly.

if it was 2D, they wouldnt lose money. ppl still play SC over War3
