I've been judging on what posts/threads I want in The Asylum as well as deleting/voiding threads as requested. I've never been told what I'm suppose to do or suppose to be able to do. Everything I do something I'm always told I'm not suppose to be doing it. From my point of view it looks like they gave me bold name and staff access in order to get me to behave, but they don't actually want me to do anything at all. Once again, irrelevant.

She has no job as Judicator. It's a joke position so she would stop her "HEY MAKE ME JUDICATOR" posts/im's and shit that she did.

She seems to think that because it's "Judicator" and not "moderator" she has her own set of rules, but she's never been the brightest.

Renzo has yet to do anything "abuse" worthy, while on the contrary there are a few of us (you included, Jenny) that have. All he's done is split a few posts and ban a few spamming members, and Troik when he posted porn. He wants to better this forum, as do most of the staff members by setting some form of ground rules for the site, as we're clearly missing them.

If anything, you're just overracting, again, and blowing shit way out of proportion which others will blindly follow, because you're Jenny. Also, splitting a 'legit' post from any thread in the asylum just because you feel like it is just about up there with the editing peoples post things.

No it's not. I did in when I was considered Mod of the Asylum and even Eric had no problem with it. Renzo is just bent out of shape because I don't agree with his stupid ideas of adding more and more rules to the site and removing member freedom.

I also never begged or asked to be Judicator or any kind of moderator. Feel free to try to prove me otherwise.

Unlike you who begged to be Gmod and when you got removed by member vote. Correction maybe whining would be a more correct term. You and Renzo have a lot in common.

Oh, no. Ignoring member's opinions and only basing decisions on what the staff want is an excellent way of helping the forum. More rules too, sweet. Both of these have worked very well in the past. I fought against Eric and Roach cause they wanted to always do stupid shit like "no more 1 word posts" and "if you break the character limit you'll be warned and subsequently banned". That kind of shit is some of the dumbest ideas this forums ever had. Theres a reason we're staff. We're supposed to decide thing the general member base isn't "qualified" to decide. The staff / admins should always decide the general rules and directions of the forum, the members are to fall in line or get out. That's how it is on just about every other forum I've ever been to in my entire life. I've yet to see myself post anything that shows that I have worse ideas than eric or roach. I've said we need to get an actual defined ruleset and have the staff follow it and enforce it. How is that bad? I've said we need to focus on what we want to do with the site as opposed to just running around like chicks with our heads cut off. How is that bad?

Again, you're just talking out of your ass. But we should all be used to it by now, you've been doing it for years. Just cause you have tits and a vag doesn't mean you have special magically fairy powers that make what you say any more different than what anyone else says. However, if you get a blue name or a green name, then yeah, some of the shit you say in the privacy of the staff forum that has to do with helping the forum should have more of a weight than what someone like say, Lizardbreath or Little-Cheeze says.

If you can't understand the simple basics of running a forum, then you really need to stop going on like you do. It's obvious you don't understand some of the most basic things, so either learn them, or shut the fuck up about it and just deal.

You're worse than Eric. Eric is more intelligent, logical, and all around better than you when it comes to being a staff member. LB and Cheeze's opinions matter. They matter more than yours. I've always stood by the idea that members make up this forum, not the staff. We get staff that acknowledge this we'll be a good forum again.

Of course I'm no more qualified than anyone else on here, but since I'm a gmod, it obviously means that my opinions hold more sway when it comes to the important things. My idea of running the forum isn't to ignore the members opinions. It's to respect their opinions, to a point. But why should LB's or Cheeze's opinion matter more than mine? Am I not a member on the site? Technically, in the overall grand scheme of things we should all have the same amount of sway, but when it comes to executive decisions and such, people are in place to decide; ie Admins and Gmods.

What's your point? It's true. Whens the last time that the staff on these forums havn't had more a sway when it comes to decisions as opposed to the member base as a whole?

For example, I get to make decisions based on warning or infracting people on a daily basis. I decide weather or not to ban certain members and weather or not to void / split posts. Basic members don't do that, so of course when it comes to things like creating a new ruleset or trying to figure out where to go with the forum my opinion should logically hold more sway. Is that right? No, but it's how the site's always gone, so ya know.

Eric and Roach made plenty of decisions without letting the general member base decide weather or not they wanted them. Max did as well. So has Kinkarso, Skuzzy, and every other admin. There's been plenty of times that the staff as a whole has decided what to do with certain members, what to do with certain sections, what to do with the forum as a whole that the general memberbase had little to no say in. And had Kinkarso not done his whole "hey, I'm selling the forums, but until them I'm going to cause absolutle chaos by letting everyone vote for whatever they want" none of this would of ever been brought up.

But he did, so here we are. How is that hard to understand? It's not.
