They have a post somewhere in their forums about this. They are busy with other things like the new patch for TFT and the D2 1.10 patch which is scheduled for release sometime soon.

Don't bump old threads like this. I can't believe they haven't released it by now. I have practically given up TFT because of this extremely loooooonnnnnnnnnggggg patch they are trying to release. I have lost my faith in blizzard. For all I know now, the patch will be out in 2005.
