A Denial Of Service attack is no more than a bandwidth overflow to a particular site. Anyone that can get many computers under his/her/it's control through hacking, trojanning, buying, or other means can perform one.

What was your expectations you set upon entering the hacking forum? Did you expect all the regulars in the hacking forum to be active members in their schools football team? .... What was your logic? You didn't expect to find geeks here in the Hacking Starcraft section???
