I highly doubt theres a program called "Rust Storm", its not a cool name for a hacking program, i would call it something like "Desert Storm"

FYI: i think "Rust Storm" is refering to how metal rusts, and its sucking up the crappy rusted items(hacks), <--makes sense to me! Blizz's "CODENAME" for the Scan

the 1.10 patch will enable blizzard to delete the items when you enter a game. thats what they are calling rust storm. so when the new patch comes (if it comes) rust storm will most certainly follow.
