Tower Defense, you build towers to keep enemies from reaching a certian point.

I think I'll be sticking to broodwar. Warcraft III has more potential for UMS games, but people don't use it.

Its because triggering in that is more complex that it was in Starcraft., but has more functionality.

I've looked at it and it doesn't look so hard. I would've started making maps on Warcraft III if my graphics card didn't suck.

For some people it comes naturally. Hell, Greg used to ask me 20 questions and I didn't want to answer them because he has the knack to make20 questions into 200, to a point where he needs "greg language" to solve his problems.

Now, he can make custom spells because he figured it out.

Custom maps are amazingly easy to do. The hard part is coming up with the idea.

Well, they aren't hard. Just tedious.

Yeah, I had to kill a few Footmen Frenzy Subzero hero ideas because of that.

Now I have on paper, legit and perm ones.

I no longer have the time/patience or overall energy to make custom maps anymore. And I lost what discipline I ever had ages ago.

Heh, everyone has thier "ways" of having fun on Warcraft. I managed to stick to the game, no matter how many times I beat it or how bored I got. That is how I still play classics like Doom and Serious Sam still.

I play "Perfect Dark" for n64. It's a lot of fun. Why is Dota so popular? Seems like it's really dry to me.

Custom spells, many hero combonations, item combos. It is decent, but too repitive. Unless you like -ar every game you play.

Go play Doom, World of Warcraft, DOTA, The Great Strategy, Ice Troll Tribes, Final Fantasy Unlimited, or that one pesent and warewolf game on WC3 and tell us again that "people don't use the UMS potential"

After getting bad records, I have decided to -ar -sm from now on. Unless, it is to test a build or a character then I will -ap it. There are only a few heroes I am good with as well!

Some include: davion, lycan, rhasta, akasha, rigwarl, tiny, leshrac, kardel, gondar, moogul khan, and pugna. The rest I pretty much suck with
