Blood Sugar Sex Magik was by all means their masterpiece. I like em alot.
They created what was called "funk-punk" and have had changes through the decades. Flea, prolly one of the best bass players in the game, John also a great guitarrist and Chad a good drummer. Sorry if I confused the last two names, I tend to dow that with them. Anthony is the perfect vocalist for that band, like the icing on the cake.

Hitsua: No you got it right. Chad Smith is drums, John Frusciante is Gutair, Flea (last name unknown) is bass, and Anthony Kiedas is lead vocals because John sings backup on a few songs.

flea was indeed an insanely good bass player, some of his stuff still boggles my mind.

id say he is now but im kind of tired of their music.
