What do u mean with "freeze"?

This is what happends to me when I "freeze":

-WHOLE game freezes
-Other Players remain in game
-I can't move / talk / switch weapon anymore
-After 5 Seconds I unfreeze again
-Then the game turn's into Fast-Forward for about 5 Seconds
-Game continious as it allways does
-About 20 Seconds later I freeze again

Is this the kind of freeze i need?

I was just thinking about ways to get the game laggy and im not sure if this has been mentioned before but has anyone else noticed that when you go talk to Tyreal after killing Duriel its very laggy. Maybe if some necros did something there it could lagg it up.

dupes or duped

well this is the first post i've ever made here, i am not dissapointed by wat u guys have written cept that wtf is it with some people going off about spam?!?! lamers anyway, i know there has been 3rd party software in the past that was able to dupe, but my advice is that whatever program u do find is more than likely a trojan etc. I know 3rd party prog works because i let some dude dupe some crap items i had once ( a rare) and it certainly did dupe it. I use a 33.6k modem AND i play from Australia, so lag is like a second game i play in d2. I have read a lot about d2 and i think that who ever has posted this duping method has FINALLY let a very FAT cat out of the bag, thanks heaps (although i will prolly never use it)

Well my really laggy friend entered the game but i didn't really notice that he was in it. (we were xfering) and then all of a suddeni coudln't type, speak to anyone or pick anything up. So i took my other computer and logged on to the same game. Should i have logged onto a different game or something? When i tried logging into the game it says that it didn't exsist and i got kicked off bnet on first computer. We lost my friends xfer stuff too

this is what u need, if the game "does not exsist" although your char is in it then u made it. just enter ANOTHER game with the SAME char and transfer items to your friend

on d2network they sad that double entering games with the same char is not possible in any way, not even if another game gets detached from the main server. that's what they said. this lag thingy kinda patched, not having any use at all

omfg if it gets detached from the main server then the server doesnt even know that the charector is logged on so ull be able to log on that charector to the main server with another comp

can u tell me wat im doing wrong... i got into a game.. did the gold drop packet thingy SAVAGE gave...drop 1 gold (dropped a n assload).. drop 1 gold again... drop 1 gold again... walked around.. and shit happened...........i also did this.. went into a game. did the other packet SAVAGE gave... switched weapons.. and it satrted switching weapons really quick.. then d2 just froze. and made my whole pc lag...so i pressed ctrl+alt+del... and d2 wasnt responding.. so i closed it.. got back on and had rd :-/

I think this method has been patched or something now. My friend just got a lagged game and i went on his account and everything but whenever i was using the same character i could not join any games. I could join games with other characters on the account though

Dupe #1:
when u get the message saying battle net servers will be shutting down in 5
minutes, u make a game with the character you want duped... have a friend
join the game, mule them items... quickly have them leave game and join
another before realm goes down, the character that had the items in that
game then just sits in that game until the relam goes down, and when realm
comes back up wholla... ur rollback

uM.. i no a way to get realm down in the game that im in... cant i just create game.. give my friend stuff... do wat i go to do to get realm down.. then when realms back up.. i sitll got my stuff?

Lag method

One way I have found to lag a game quite easily which does require 2 chars though. All you must do is have a necro throw a hell of a lot of bonewalls then have an amazon equipped with goldstrike, bramble mitts, razortail, and any sort of mana leech to begin firing multi shot at the group of bonewalls. This can easily reach 4500+ ping and can generally drop an entire game within 1-2 minutes even with the ping below 3000. And if you want to be really mean to people try doing it with a friend in a cow game and cause everyone to die because often times it takes a while before you notice the game lagging and once the messages begin appearing again you will see so and so was slain by hell bovine. It's a riot. Good luck lagging
