he isnt getting an error message, its hardware PSU or Video Card. Reformatting is a waste of your time if your OS was otherwise running fine. Order a good 400+ watt Power supply from ANTEC or someone reputable and clean the dust out of your computer and your problem will magically vanish. The wattage of the PSU should be directly related to how many accessories you have inside the case (# of hard drives, cd drives/burners, case fans, blacklights or whatever else is there) If you have 2 hdd's and 2 cd drives a little 300 watt power supply isnt enough, because all those 12v+ accessories are power hungry because they have moving parts. (except for lights most of them dont move...)

If its a PSU problem, I recommend that not only your PSU Watts are above 400, but also your 12V line has 24A+. Antec 480 should give you what you need, and don't buy a shitty brand that looks like it will blow up in your face.

THIS THREAD CAN BE CLOSED,

I found the problem, it was my power supply, i had it replaced and everythign works fine, after i replaced it i went ahead and wiped my comp to fix it of viruses and other messes, THNX for all of your help ESPECIALLY dNIYM for the suggestions, i tried all and the power supply was the answer! again, THNX
