@ Gormna which level is your Holla_Sorc? Does the charlevel matter to the drops that pindle does? Or can even a level 50 Sorc find a WF? and how many mf% u got?

The level at which hydra bows start dropping is the level you are able to get a WF. From that point it's completely luck. I've gotten two. Once with my javazon with 87 MF and one with my barb with 380+ MF.
