Perfecting Communism

About communism, it kind of worked for my country for 70 years. It made it a global superpower one of the most powerful nations in history. The only problem is motivation, that is partly the reason why Russians are considered alchogolics. The idea is good, but you gonna have to have a really good leader who actually cares about the people, in order for it to work. Communism itself does not make everyone equal, communism is there to prepare the society to become socialist, there everyone is equal, well dont have much more to say.

Everyone keeps on repeating the same thing over and over again,"it's not an ideal world", no shit. If people slacked off they would get a good flogging and yes I did hear about that small town in the U.S that communism works/worked in.

I would slack off if i knew that i could work half as hard as i could and still make same as everyone else.

Would you slack off if I'd beat you everytime I caught you not working? I believe that an altered version of communism would work very well.

Beating doesn't neccessarily mean slavery, there must be some sort of punishment for you slacking off. If people put the same amount of effort into something then they should get equal pay.

So then you would choose who to hand the punishments out to? That's more of a dictatorship. Pretty soon you could start rewarding people for doing great since you are punishing people for doing bad. Then people aren't equal. It kind of sounds like you would be ruling by way of fear.

Darnit, I hate you. I wish I understood communism more. As I said, a altered version of communism would be good. If a scientist spent 20 years trying to figure out something really important like cancer but some other person literally stumbled over it after only 1 year od research the "lucky" one would get all the fame and all the money and the harder worker is left out, I think the harder worker should get just as much money and glory.

All that needs to happen is for the people to be kept in line then communism wouldn't be sooo bad.

So let me get this right.
Everyone gets paid the same.
You get your food clothes etc.
Plus they get beat when people "suspect" your not working as hard as you can.
Your version of Communism sounds alot like slavery to me.
