Wow Tatu thanks for telling us, If you hadn't I might've kept drinking pop, and gaining all this weight, that doesn't seem to be gaining... Maybe I have to wait and it all comes at once at the end of the year? You're an idiot, the only way you gain 3 pounds per pop is if you drink pop and then stop moving for the rest of the day, and I doubt even that will work...

haha that sounds like me ....

last year over the course of 3 weeks i drank over 90 cans of pop ... no one thought i could do it but i did

i also once chugged a 2 litre bottle of pop in 5 minutes

If you want to lose weight, stop drinking soda altogether and drink water. It's not like diet is a whole lot better for you.

Strange, I've been having at least one soda a day for the past two years, eat three meals a day, and don't exercise, yet I've stayed a consistant 109 lbs. Like other people have said, it depends on metabolism, and three pounds is nothing. Weight varies during the day, anyway, like after you eat....There's no way that statistic is correct....

Yeah, 3lbs isnt much, because it's generally the amount of food you consume per day, give or take, but I've never heard of Metabolism burning 25lbs a day

drinking pop didnt make me weight how much i do, eating non-stop when i was a kid because i was bored made me fat.

Now I understand why those crazy girls go anerexic. I'm now eating once a day, and thats a bowl of cereal.

I dont eat that much anymore, i used to eat alot as a kid. I eat maybe one or 2 SMALL meals a day as it is, i dont think i can cut back anymore than i have ;)

Don't drink diet soda. It causes problems. I don't want to elaborate... it's one reason why I'm not terribly fond of Christmas. If you want to lose weight, jog or ride a bike a few miles every day. :fwink
