Strange, I've been having at least one soda a day for the past two years, eat three meals a day, and don't exercise, yet I've stayed a consistant 109 lbs. Like other people have said, it depends on metabolism, and three pounds is nothing. Weight varies during the day, anyway, like after you eat....There's no way that statistic is correct....
