only childs have their own advantages/disadvantages, same with multiple children, if your the only child, your parents will concentrate on you and make sure you do EVERYTHING you are supposed to do, almost all the time, its not like that with multiple children, BUT, multiple children are favoured more then others, and can have very annoying siblings, unlike the only child, there is much more points I could make, I could fill half the page if I wanted to... but I'm too lazy! ^.^

if 1 parent has more than 1 child, they will ALWAYS no matter what will prefer 1 child over the other. but also being an only child sux cuz u got no sister to f*** jkjk. being an only child mean u will not have a nephew or neice, or sumone to share ur thoughts with, therefore there is a downside to both parts

the nephew or niece isnt neccessaraily true, your spouse can have some siblings that have kids
