If chris wants to sell 60,000 members is easyer to sell than 5,000

That is why we have so many inactive accounts.

There was a thread about having 50000 members and how it would affect that list. I think the thread has been long dead, but i think i can find the link.

I think they should delete old ones, but they won't. I wanted the name Andrew, but someone registered it in 2002 and has 2 posts.

I know, but these days they should have deleted really the people who have like 10 posts, they stay here for a coffee break and fly the nest to another place. Man, people of today can't stand forums. When you have 0 posts you are happy you joined, but then it gets boring and you just leave. Lots of people here have stayed on this forum even if it gets boring as hell and all you can discuss is how much a Demon Hunter rocks under Metamorphasis.

Well, CrookedFoot said that some people register and just read posts instead of posting.

Well, if you ask an admin to check if someone is active and they aren't active, you can ask him to delete that account and make that your new name or something. That's how I got Andrew!

Thank you Forged for an intelligent answer that is easy to understand...

BTW Jake Jeckel you spelt my name wrong...stupid bitch.

also i'm talking about people with less than 2 posts that are the ones who should be deleted(if they've been inactive for a year), i'm not talking about members that post a lot that are inactive, i'm talking about the members that joined cuz they thought joining a forum would be "cool" then just left and went inactive with 0 posts for more than a year.

those members are the ones I consideer worth deleting.

Bah, old members not posting. What're you talking about?

*is number 12, yeah, 12 out of like 60,000 something*

I think keeping them is a good idea, makes us look big, like those little fish that can bloat themselves up really big to scare people off, we do that. I can see it, we're all bloated masses scaring people...well...maybe not everyone, but cort is for sure...

Not when browsing the forums, maybe when you are searching for a member it has to searc through a few more members but it still only takes like 5 seconds to search.
depends on how many people per page you are looking on the members tab, you just can't search for like 100 per page, that is where it gets slow

Some people only read forums.

Such as Viz said they only join for the hacks. But they'll probably read other forums too just choose not to post in the case of getting flamed or getting into arguements.

Nah, I'd say we're pretty good at not spontaneously flaming. Spamming is a different matter...

Also, what if a ****** stole your bike?
