well i will try hard to join and i dont even know what game should i show. im not even good at writing articles, it would be my first. well i could fiish resident evil 2 in 2 hours flat in the past.

Thats because the last one was won by a lot of people that didn't even pass 5 posts. They just spammed referals, much like some people are doing now. TBH Referals are great, but should be capped.

spamming referals? thats unfair. and the current one gives you like what, 40 points? i think this needs to be reconsidered. i mean anyone could just create a multiple new account outside (not same ip adress) and link then get referal points.

I have one. Hence the part about me having gameplay videos of DMC4, a PS3 game. My PS3 even has a name: Dust Magnet. There's nothing worth playing on it, aside from DMC4. Heavenly Sword is said to be too damn short, and that 'flying-on-dragonback-toasting-everything game I don't remember the name of' was said to be hard to control and ****ty. Every game I've gotten excited about for PS3 has gotten crap reviews...I just don't have much enthusiasm anymore.

I also already have an iPod Touch, which is the other Big Prize. I couldn't care less about an XBOX 360, I don't shop online so those giftcards are useless to me, 3 of the prizes are based on hosting packages or something like that, and the cash reward isn't enough to where I'd spend a lot of time earning it when I could use that time to write articles purely for money-generating purposes to get residual income that could amount to 20 times the cash prize.

There's good stuff up for grabs here...I'm just not interested in any of it.

Apparently the Staff have a way to tell if the IP is a proxy or not. I think it's a bluff, so whatever. Hasn't been many referals and this time around they hafta hit 10 posts to count so nobody is going to win on referals alone this time.

It doesn't have to be. I don't think. The guidelines for the Videos are vague and the owner/head admin isn't here until the end of the contest pretty much. The only reason I say gameplay is because cutscenes and cinematics have one view and will be the same for anyone that records that. Thus you could be accused of cheating/stealing if you uploaded cinematics/cutscenes. My two cents.

I'm not rich, just comfortable. I'm also rather selective in my gaming interests. MGS4 can suck on my nut, Final Fantasy is the most hopelessly overblown series in history, and I'm not really into Resident Evil. So there's another God of War title coming to PS3? I'll end up getting that. Soul Calibur 4 too, but that doesn't have much to do with the current conversation.

Point is, I have a PS3 and an iPod Touch, and none of the other prizes interest me. I have anything from the prizelist that I'd want, so what's my motivation for caring?

I got a PS3 because:

A) It was a surprise gift
B) It had some titles I was highly anticipating...that ended up blowing monkeynuts. Lair, I'm looking at YOU.
C) I hate the XBOX with a passion, and I've always been a Playstation fan
D) Games like DMC4 weren't originally multi-plat. The DMC series has always been PS Exclusive, they just decided to sell-out for wider distribution to make more money. I wouldn't be surprised if GoW does it too.
E) Blu-Ray > HDDVD.

God of war sucks anyways. BASH THE X BUTTON. I was always a big play station fan but went with a 360 cause **** play station at the time I choose. HAD no RUMBLE and cost like 600 bucks.
