That's what 4+ sodas a day does to you I've lost weight. I'm still under the BMI "overweight" scale, so I'm not THAT worried, but either way.

I just got back from a Kayak Festival in Reno (I was Kayaking earlier in that picture, BTW), and it was sweet. Flips and shit.
