New Cube Dupe

well, the cube buffer exists forver, and is always there - the cube is like a key to open it in a window, just like your inventory, so when you insert stuff supposedly into a ground cube, youre not - all you do is insert your items into your cube buffer, and when you pick up a cube, you get a key to your cube buffer, and you can open it 'legitly' with this key......

and this is precisely why you cant have 2 cubes - because even if you had somehow picked up another cube, it would just open the same buffer....

u explained it good.i was trying to explain it to my friend almost the axact same way u said but he didnt get it.i even said that the cube was a sortof key or door.he thought he was close to a dupe

ok well i was trying for a little bit cause i wanted to be the first to descover the new dupe method well no luck but ok heres what i did and i think i might be on the right track....

1. got my friend in a game and filled my cube & inv with items/pots.

2. i loaded up the program and put the cube inside the cube.
3. i closed the cube window and opened back my inv... i then took 4. more pots and close over the space where cube goes...

5. then i clicked my cube but quickly hit pg up....
6. cube dropped but nuttin inside of it :S and theres nuttin in my inv... so i basically duped my cube cause i still have one and so does my friend....

i hope this help guys im gunna keep on crackin on this shit

How about before you pick up the cube your friend passes you an item which the goes into cube. Then cover up the cube space and quickly press pgup.

I am doing some homework *damn med school* so I am unable to test this.

Just thinking but when you open the cube with insert it is with client side right. Cant you take your item and put it in on your side but have blizz think its still in your inventory. Then drop the cube and out pops your item and blizz thinks you stil got it in your inventory but its also on the ground.

Im a newbi at this just a thought if anyone wants to try and block packets or something. Thought i would give my 2 cents and see if it helps ne1 find a way to dupe.

I have no clue how to use packets but I gues I can mess around with the cube exploit and a packet sniffer.

the cube buffer isnt client side. the insert button uses the clientside method of accessing a SERVER-side buffer

Either way, you can't just fool the server into thinking that you didn't put an item in your cube. If you could, why couldn't you just skip the middle-man and not even use a cube? It's just not possible.

another new cube theroy

well i was reading this fourm that the readme for the cube exploit mentioned and there was another new cube theroy on it. it talked about to dupe u need to have the smae type of item. for example if u want to dupe a wf then u would need a hydra bow in your invintory to dupe it. try testin it.
