Heres the scenario.
My summer is filled up with shit. Mostly its school.
Heres my typical day.
4h- summer school
5h- homework/test prep/tutoring
2h- Internetz!!/Gaming
1.5h- Other things & food & workout
10h- Sleep
Total 22 hours
That leaves me with 1.5 hours of free time which I usually don't really always have.
Usually I prep my meals which take quite a while.
Now that I dont have the time I'm just eating junk food or w.e my mom makes (which lack protein)
Right now I just eat some Vector cereal for breakfast, 2 glasses of milk, and have a can of tuna and maybe two eggs.
Thats about 100 grams of protein on a good day.
I need about 60 grams more.
So what are some quick sources of protein? Suggestions?
No supplements, powders, etc. Cant afford it.
