Need to get my protein

Heres the scenario.
My summer is filled up with shit. Mostly its school.
Heres my typical day.

4h- summer school
5h- homework/test prep/tutoring
2h- Internetz!!/Gaming
1.5h- Other things & food & workout
10h- Sleep

Total 22 hours

That leaves me with 1.5 hours of free time which I usually don't really always have.

Usually I prep my meals which take quite a while.

Now that I dont have the time I'm just eating junk food or w.e my mom makes (which lack protein)

Right now I just eat some Vector cereal for breakfast, 2 glasses of milk, and have a can of tuna and maybe two eggs.

Thats about 100 grams of protein on a good day.
I need about 60 grams more.
So what are some quick sources of protein? Suggestions?
No supplements, powders, etc. Cant afford it.

If I were you, I wouldnt mind about those craps and just eat normally without worrying.
Worrying = stress = bad.

yes....you definitely shouldnt sleep 10 hours a day...I would definitely cut that down because it is actually bad for your health and energy...

Because your body can't really store protein for your muscles to use, You should always be taking in a good amount of protein approximately EVERY 3 HOURS...Therefore I suggest you eat about 5-6 times a day. There are many different types of protein rich foods, but the ones you want are dairy products, meats. and fish etc...not the protein from plants like beans.
I would really suggest protein powder (whey protein), it will save you A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT! Whey protein is the best! however it only constitutes about 15% of the protein in milk...the rest is casein (which is also pretty good)...So, if you are reallyyyyyyy strapped for cash, then you are going to have to continue packing your meals...
Thats the thing...if you want protein from food its gonna be hard...Tuna is an excellent source...I would suggest a whole can after gym or before bed...You need about 1g per pound of body weight per day...So im guessing you weigh 160 lbs. Order the protein powder on the net...it would be much cheaper! If your mother will pay for it, you can get egg whites (they come in a carton) and make a protein drink by mixing some with a juice.

Oh, and 1 more thing...If you are looking to build muscle, make sure you take in a crapload of protein RIGHT after you workout. That is when your testosterone levels are high so you can make good use of it. Also, make your workout no longer than 1 hour ( short and hardcore)!

Boil a bunch of eggs and make them last until you hardboil another batch. They're pure protein and they don't taste like shit...

The thing with eggs is that they are very heavy on the stomach...So you can't eat much of them without puking!
Also the yolk is very high in cholesterol and fat...

When I have eggs, I eat the whole thing. Just whites is gross...
There are no walmarts around here of cheap sources of whey protein.
Yeah I eat a can of tuna a day. Its kinda tough and bland.

Hows salmon?

I agree with eating a lot of eggs. You can even eat them cold, once boiled and there are many ways to cook them.

In fact, most medical professionals recommend eating at least one _WHOLE_ egg per day.

I looooooove salmon. I make a mean lemon pepper salmon fillet. Have it with carrots and it's a perfectly healthy protein meal... Tuna is a good protein source, too. Not a lot of fat in it. Make it into a salad. Don't use bread though, too many carbs... >_<

I'd also go for salmon, and tuna. How mistress described preparing salmon is one of my favourites.

By the way: The anti-carb lunacy is just... ARGH. You're supposed to eat a lot of carbs. Carbs are supposed to take up the majority of your diet!

In a female body, carbs aren't that good of a thing. Too much can turn to fat, therefor no carbs...

I like to have a pair of sandwhiches, one salmon and the other an egg. That's my 'awesome' lunch I almost never have =/
