okay, you musnt understand how the world works. A tv station buys rights to a cartoon/anime/tvshow/movie, and then they air it to get people to watch it. To make money, the tvstations are payed to show these advertisments. if one company buys rights to a tvshow, then the buyer will more than likely make more money than the seller. For the seller to make more money, they either ask for money to keep the show on that one channel, if not, they sell rights to other channels too.

Now, the anime crap only profits their goverment because their goverment has something called "taxes" and through "taxes' is how goverments make money. you with me? well private companies make the anime and other jappanese crap and pays taxes for whatever the goverment wants.

And finally, you must be either talking about economical takeover, because japan doesnt even have a military. just police. Why? so they cant attack anyone.

I do agree! The US is busy ploughing itself into the ground! Wasting money on wars they'll probably never win, wasting money on weapons they'll probably never find...... u get the picture!!

RE: the US debt. It is highly unlikely that any country in the world would have such a large number as debt!!

I suggest we all rather go and do our homework, before we come and argue about crap, and what we don't know what we're talking about!!
I mean to offend noone, but, I think you'll agree, we need facts before we argue!!

well as far as presidents that increaed teh national debt try Reagan. As much as I don't like his womanizing the Clinton was very effective in shrinking the national debt. My main fear of these wars is overextension of our rescources. War costs money, an aggresive development of already present alternative energy sorces thereby reducing funding for the middle east and causing loss of power within said governemnts would have attaned the same goal while helping our country lots. http://www.discover.com/search/index.html here is that wonderful technology.

The US under Clinton's power, was actually decreasing the debt!! I'm not sure where I heard that fact, I'm not stating it as definite, but there is apparently strong reason to believe that!!
