I listen to easy going songs, pretty much like Fuel: Shimmer, 3 Doors Down: Kryptonite, Alien Ant Farm - Movies ( and Summer ), Some anime songs from Inuyasha, Trigun, FLCL, Excel Saga, etc, Rammstein: Engel, and Madonna: Ray of Light.

It might be corny, but, it's good for my "catnaps" ^^.

For quiet music, I am a Moby fan, so I listen to him sometimes, his music is pretty gentle and soft, its good to sleep to, it can also be motivating. Dont forget, I do like Korn and Nirvana and a lot of other hardcore bands, I have a wide variety of music I like.

i agree, led zeppelin is good to sleep to, but so is metallica. or smashing pumpkins.

but radio sucks, because youll be falling asleep and a commercial will come on *dammit* and you have to either turn it off(work), or change the station(way to much work).

i have listed to zombie while falling asleep, and both times i didnt have a nightmare, but 2 freaky dreams(im too analytical to have nightmares, i tear them apart whilst dreaming)

Well...I made myself a CD with all kinds of songs on it...I susally listen to pop for J-pop or something calmer.

my fav thing to listen to while going to bed is the band Garbage. You all probably hate them because they have sort of a pop sound on songs but it keeps me in a good mood and makes me have good dreams
