There is no OP hero because no one plays the same. Also because each hero has a counter.

TC is considered cheap due to the fact that he is new and still needs to be fixed.

It is the same case with all new heros.

If you know how to play her, then most definitely Lanaya.
The shields give a huge advantage in protection, the blades give a good way to annoy enemy players. The bonus damage is +80 which is pretty much a big deal too. And the traps are just a bonus
