Hey there.

I have had a lot going on in my life lately. New job, new home and now finally a new phone. On limit on the internet, so I finally can get back to managing this forum again. Took me long enough, eh? Haha. I will look around for a bit to see what the major issues are at the moment, then get started.

Sorry I bailed on you guys for a while, but it was unfortunately the best solution for me.

Look, I had a lot of stuff going on, alright? I know I had a lot of plans, but there was absolutely no support from most of the staff members. Further, I did quite a lot for the forum already. Streamlined all of the boards, got us a new logo, picked the right software to extend the site functionality, etc. Do with it whatever you want. If I can get the admin stuff back, then I can finally get started. This new hsdpa connection rules.

Lastly, Joe recruited me from another forum. How the hell could I be DM? Also: who's this new global? I suspected that Jenny might have taken over or something, lol.

We just wish you've said something sooner. While you were away, almost nobody was responding to admin requests. It got frustrating, which was probably to the extent that you felt when you were still global. The rest is probably explained by Donny.

In the end though, I'm glad you're still in one piece. Now get your ass working and prove your worth once more.

I would, but my admin powers vanished. I do have some ideas, though. As for my total abcence, I haven't had any internet acces for months. Otherwise I would have obviously left a message.

As for those admin requests: if you make a list, I will get to it right away if Donny decides to make me an admin again. Either way: I will be a regular here again from now on.

1.) If you had so many things going on, perhaps you should not have taken on such a massive responsibility. Don't bs me or anyone else if you say none of it bothered you before you left, because you've told us countless times before how obligated and crunched on time you are.

2.) No support from most of staff members? You laid down a template to go by (resource center) with a bunch of jumbled threads in it, among some other ideas perhaps that never came to fruition because I quite frankly don't think you tried hard enough. I never did think it was our obligation to abide by your standards and new ways of organizing the site given you were admin in less than 3 months (is that right? Could've been shorter). And the only work you did was Global Mod stuff anyway.

3.) I'm insulted that you come gallavanting into bf with a new logo and some research into a software and expect us to go "Aww, he cares". You knew the responsibilities, you knew the risks, you knew what your irl situation was, and you knew who was depending on you.

Too little, too late. If you honestly cared to be a regular on bf you would've given SOME FORM OF WARNING before you dropped out of the sky. And yet we received nothing that would let us know you would stay or go.

Rightfully, I don't think you deserve to be admin again, as I never thought you did, given your rand join and immediate asking for admin status. If I knew it worked this way, trust me, I would be asking as well and things would be quite different.

This is not insubordination it is common sense.

As for letting people know I left: I told Donny. That should be good enough for all of you, since he owns the site. Any member, staff or not, can also always pm me. Only Donny did that. I checked my PM inbox as often as possible. You simply cannot expect me to search through all the threads for questions that might be related to me.

Looking at how you boss around people now already, I think that you would have made a bad admin. I specifically asked certain people to help me out on several occasions. I never said: "do this right now". We are a community of real people, and you treat each other in a decent way, or shut up. This is no 9 to 5 job where you can always expect others to stand by and do your bidding. I already have a job and school, and that job is not being an admin 24/7. Would you rather have had me rush this thing and ruin the site, or leave it to people who could dedicate more time to it? (During my absence.)

I never saw any importance in your work that I should have to trouble myself with it whenever I'm already busy. I take it you have not bothered to think about my duties in the HoN forum? Your work was organizing months old strategy guides that would only help a forum that already had members who wanted to use them; I'm worried about priorities, not wastes of time.

Ok Donny doesn't even own the site any longer; second, you can't expect a response to an admin will quell anyone or make anyone feel different or even help anything. If you plan to leave your people, you ned to tell your people. Telling an admin is the chicken's way out in my opinion.

Obviously you did not understand my response, so listen. You come in here same time I do, ask for global, ask for admin, leave, come back and expect a party to welcome you and decorate you once more. I've never left. And you can ask anyone here and they will tell you I do a damn good job at Global mod. I don't want admin, but if they need an admin I'm a much beter choice than you are. Look at our signatures; while you advertise another forum I link to anything helpful. And you are right, we can't expect anyone do step in for us and do our 'bidding', but that was all I saw from you. Battleforums changed 0% when you were here, nothing was differentiated from the norm. DirtyDog brings us initiative, and if what he says is true, he has been planning or working on these developements, but even if he is not, he is the owner and we abide by him, not your ridiculous pleas.

This is going nowhere. And what good stuff did you do then? I see no changes to the site or increased activity. As for sorting that old content: why do you think people visit gamefaqs? Because their content is well organized and often updated. If people are unable to find stuff to talk about on a forum, then what's the point of its existence? I think you need to learn what your priorities are. You are saying how awesome your archievements here are, but come up with no examples. I come up with some serious plans, and you bash me for "doing nothing of any importance." ADDING CONTENT IS YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. Duh.

And you still have not told me who you are. Did you change usernames? If you are Blackwing, (or whatever that name was) then you should thank me. I am the one who reccomended you to become a global. And now enough with the bashing. I thought this community was divided and angry enough already, long befor you and me got here.

And FYI my work here is passive; besides the day and night task of handing out beta keys to those who've earned them, and dealing with those who don't, I work harder than you ever will here. I've recieved pm's requesting that I die.
