Legality on banning on dupe hack?

You skipped the "comprehend" step. They essentially state that they have the right to do whatever they want to anything concerning YOU accessing THEIR servers...without a reason.

i told that in my post already hehe .

blizz can do WHATEVER they want to do.

they can stop bnet completly , they can wipe all chars , they even can ban every account/cd key , whenever they wish.

you buy the game , the access to bnet is a free add feature.

theres somewhere written , what ive said above (well in more law-like language).

Well I made my account after 1.10 was released and I havent used any form of a hack since i made it.... But i did partake in a lot of duping...next day my cd-keys banned.

Blizzard owns all your accounts/items/characters etc. They can do whatever they want to do with it, whenever, wherever. Heck, they can delete all the accounts if they wanted and you can't do a darn thing about it.You are using a FREE service.

People who think Blizzard cannot legally ban you from their servers when they haven't done anything wrong makes me laugh. If I let you live in my house, for example, and one day I decide to kick you out (for no reason) I can do that. (replace "live in my house" with "use battle.net," and it applies the same in this situation.

You guys were warned in the very beginning that cheating would get you banned no matter what.

You have guys the right to be angry, but it isn't Blizzard's fault. Ultimately, when you decided to use that cheat, you decided that your account/cd-key would be subjected to deletion.
