lol no ****in way clippers are signing kobe. He costs too much. They are the lowest salary cap team in the NBA since there exsitence. The only reason they are there is beacue... well i don't know why they're, there. And clippers don't have anything to offer kobe. Who do they have elden campell? Other then that the team keeps changing every year because the clippers keep letting there best players go and bring in Rookies so they can keep there salary caps down. And the only reason Elden is stil in the team is so they can meet the salary cap minimum. But IF they wanted to they have alot of room because all of the money have. But there money grubbin bastards so they most probably won't get lakers.
As for the Duke head coach, in my persepctive its not about the money. He has enough money to set his childrens life, he has enough money for his childrens childrens. It's about how he wants to go down in the book He is already down in the Collegiate Hall of Fame. But does how does he want to go to the NBA and risk it? He is undoubtly the greatest College basketball coach ever, leading his team to the Final four 14 times, Final 2 10 times, and winning the national title 4 times. Personally I think he should go, (not that he will cuz noone knows but him.) if he has proven himself on college court, I think it's time that he proves that he has got the skills to handle the NBA. BUT (there's always a but with me) the problem is he won't fit well with the Lakers. The lakers being a veteran team if kobe/shaq/payton/malone/fisher/fox still staying is still a very veteran team, and I don't think the best thing for him to do is go on a team such as that. For whether or not he would actually GO is another thing. He has rejected many offers from other teams every single year.
