Well realistically it might be possible within the next couple of years, although it's probably not very wanted. It'll take tons of money, which I'm sure some private investor would supply, but still those damn things are dangerous. Right now humans are at the top of the food chain, but with dinosaurs it'll upset everything except that we'll still be at the top because of our weapons. In the wild without our technology man vs. big animal would not go over so well...
