Alcohol 120% works best. All you have to do is find out what kind of encryption the cd is using (try google) and select it in alcohol 120%, then create the image. The problem with this is if you don't have the cd to begin with you must first borrow it from someone. The plus side is that it is like having the cd on you the entire time, it will work throughout the patches.
